Refund Policy

Tournament registration fees are generally non-refundable.

If a participant fails to attend a tournament after successful registration, no refund will be provided.

If PocketArena cancels a tournament before it begins, participants will be entitled to a full refund of their registration fee.

In the event of technical difficulties affecting a tournament, PocketArena may, at its sole discretion:

• Reschedule the tournament, or
• Issue a full or partial refund

The appropriate resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the incident.

Participants who are charged multiple times for the same registration should contact support. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
